摘要
介绍了客车车身骨架合装生产的工艺,分析出了客车车身骨架合装时的关键参数。通过对客车车身骨架宽度重要性的分析,指出了客车车身骨架合装机合拢宽度控制的重要性。分析了目前常用的三种车身骨架合装机合拢宽度的推进方式和定位方式,同时引入了控制车身骨架合拢精度更高的两种机械式控制方法,可为高精度客车车身骨架合装机的设计提供参考。
This paper introduces the process of the car body frame assembly production,and analyzes the key parameters of the bus body frame assembly.Through the analysis of the importance of the width of the bus body frame,the importance of the closing width control of the bus body frame assembly machine is brought out.This paper analyzes the propulsion and positioning methods of the three types of body frame assembly machines closing width currently used.At the same time,two kinds of mechanical control methods for controlling the body frame to higher precision are introduced,which provides reference for the design of high-precision passenger car body frame assembly machine.
