金刚石涂层刀具干铣削TC4切削性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 金刚石涂层刀具被广泛应用于硬质难加工材料的加工过程中,可降低切削力、增加刀具寿命。以TC4合金试样为例,研究了由化学气相沉积(CVD)法制备的金刚石涂层刀具的切削性能,并以普通硬质合金刀具作为参照对象。实验结果表明:金刚石涂层铣刀切削性能并不优于硬质合金刀具。在临界温度下,石墨化和氧化会导致金刚石涂层刀具快速失效。 Diamond coated tools are widely used in the processing of hard and difficult-to-machine materials to reduce cutting forces and increase tool life.Taking the TC4 alloy sample as an example,the cutting performance of the diamond coated tool was studied,and the ordinary cemented carbide tool was taken as the reference object.The diamond coated milling cutter is prepared by a chemical vapor deposition(CVD)method.The experimental results show that the cutting performance of diamond coated milling cutter is not superior to that of cemented carbide cutter.At critical temperatures,graphitization and oxidation can cause rapid failure of diamond coated tools.
