线切割曲奇机故障诊断分析

某食品公司购买的线切割曲奇机,经过多次调试,不论使用食品公司配方,还是使用设备提供企业配方,生产的产品时大时小,外观不匀称,克数不均匀,无法满足正常生产需求。经过现场试验分析,结合使用工况,对线切割曲奇机进行了故障诊断分析。综合分析结果表明:曲奇机线切割机构切割冲程时往复刀架线切割钢丝与挤压模具模腔口部下边缘平面之间的靠近程度、喂料装置挤压模具挤出面料的速度、往复刀架线切割钢丝往复运动轨迹及频率、工作台输送带水平步进运行速度以及工作台输送带上的周转接盘平面相对挤压模具模腔口部下边缘平面之间的距离等的控制调整状态及其相互匹配状态,均是影响曲奇机线切割产品成型质量的因素。

The wire-cutting cookie machine purchased by a food company has been debugged many times.Regardless of the formula of the food company or the formula of the equipment company,the products produced are large and small,the appearance is not delineated,and the grams are not uniform,unable to meet normal production needs.For the current situation of wire-cutting cookie machine,through the field test analysis,combined with the working conditions,the fault diagnosis analysis of the wire-cutting cookie machine was carried out.The comprehensive analysis results show that when the cookie cutter cutting mechanism runs on the cutting stroke,it is a factor that affects the molding quality of cookie cutter wire cutting products,which is the control adjustment state and the matching state of the degree of closeness between the reciprocating knife wire cutting wire and the lower edge plane of the die cavity of the extrusion die,feeding device extrusion die extrusion fabric speed,reciprocating knife wire cutting wire reciprocating trajectory and frequency,table conveyor belt horizontal stepping speed and the circumferential adapter disk plane on the worktable conveyor belt relative to the distance dimension between the lower edge plane of the die cavity portion of the extrusion die.
