In view of the problem that the outer surface run-out of the DANOBAT CNC cylindrical grinding machine is out of tolerance,the fault diagnosis and maintenance are carried out by analyzing and checking the phenomenon of the grinding process and the internal structure of the machine.During the disassembly and repair process,the mechanical structure,working principle and bearing assembly requirements of the spindle were understood,which provided valuable information for the future use and maintenance of the equipment.
