摘要
基于数控机床的赛博物理系统(CPS)是智能化加工的重要基石。参照经典的CPS五层结构,以数控机床为载体,整合软硬件资源,构建了数控机床的赛博物理系统,并进一步探索了其在实际加工中的应用场景。实验结果证明:利用该系统可以实现加工过程的智能化分析、自适应加工,其中的自适应加工可缩短单工序加工时间26.5%。构建的CPS系统有助于提高加工效率,改善加工过程,对智能化制造的实现做出了有益探索。
The cyber-physics system(CPS)based on CNC machine tools is an important cornerstone of intelligent processing.Referring to the classic CPS five-layer structure,using CNC machine tools as the carrier,integrating software and hardware resources,the cyber-physics system of CNC machine tools was constructed,and its application in actual processing was further explored.The experimental results show that the system can realize intelligent analysis and adaptive machining,among them,adaptive machining can shorten the single-process processing time by 26.5%.The constructed CPS system helps to improve processing efficiency,improve the processing process,and make a useful exploration of the realization of intelligent manufacturing.
