摘要
电动汽车的并网接入将会引入大量的交直流负荷,对电网的生产和运行都会造成严重影响。在允许电网接入之前,必须将影响降到可控范围内。深入全面地分析了城市常规用电行为、电动汽车充电行为习惯等,以此为实践依据制定合理的负荷调控手段,采用一种中间服务商的多层模式协调电网与充电桩之间的调用关系,均衡电网负荷供应,保障电网的安全运行。
The grid-connected access of electric vehicles will introduce a large amount of AC and DC loads,which will have a serious impact on the production and operation of the grid.The impact must be reduced to a manageable range before allowing grid access.This paper comprehensively analyzes the city's conventional electricity usage behavior,electric vehicle charging behavior habits,etc.,and uses this as a practical basis to formulate reasonable load control measures.A multi-layer mode of an intermediate service provider is used to coordinate the calling relationship between the grid and the charging pile,balance the grid load supply,and ensure the safe operation of the grid.
