摘要 针对90LKXA-22.7型立式循环水泵异常振动的现象,通过对泵体的解体检查、分析,找出引起异常振动的主要原因是多轴联接后轴系出现了拐点,同时提出了轴系现场摆度调整的方案并予以实施,确保了水泵检修后的安全、稳定运行。 In view of the abnormal vibration of the 90LKXA-22.7 vertical circulating water pump,it is found that the main cause of abnormal vibration is that the inflection point of the shaft system appears after the multi-axis connection by the disintegration inspection and analysis of the pump body.At the same time,the adjustment scheme of shaft system on-site swing was put forward and implemented to ensure the safe and stable operation of the pump after repair.
