摘要
讨论在工厂现有设备条件下不同淬火温度和不同工装条件对8AT大主减速器齿轮变形量和其他性能的影响。通过对齿轮表面及心部组织状况、变形量和硬度方面的分析检测可以看出,温度对变形量影响不大,变形量主要是工装造成的,830℃淬火组织相对均匀细小,工装增加一个3 mm左右的支撑平台时变形量最小。
The influence of quenching temperature and tooling conditions on the deformation as well as some other properties of an 8AT final reduction drive gear were studied with the available equipments in a factory.The microstructure,deformation and hardness of gear surface and core were respectively tested to characterize the influence of each factor.The results show that the deformation of the gear is mainly determined by the tooling conditions,while the quenching temperature influences the deforma?tion slightly.The quenched microstructure of 830℃is relatively homogeneous and fine.The deforma?tion is the smallest under the tooling with 3 mm support platform.
