摘要
在现行分析水中苦味酸污染物标准方法的基础上,将用于水样萃取的溶剂苯替换为毒性较小的正己烷以及将液液微萃取用的分液漏斗替换为使用较方便的玻璃比色试管,然后再对分析测试条件进行优化,对饮用水源地地表水中苦味酸的测定取得了较为满意的效果。
On the basis of the current standard method for the analysis of picric acid pollutants in water,the solvent benzene used for water sample extraction is replaced by the less toxic n-hexane and the liquid separator funnel used for liquid microextraction is replaced bya more convenient glass colorimetric test tube.Then the analysis and testing conditions were optimized to obtain satisfactory results for the determination of picric acid in the surface water of drinking water source.
