摘要
文章采用原子吸收分光光度法测定环境水样中铜离子含量,在0.2~2.0 mg/L的质量浓度范围内线性关系良好(r 2=0.999 92),在水样中测定不同添加浓度的铜离子(0.20、0.8、2.0 mg/L),方法回收率在95%以上。对核桃壳为原料制备的活性炭去除废水中的铜离子进行研究,通过优化吸附时间和吸附温度、吸附剂的粒径以及铜离子浓度等条件对吸附效果的影响,结果表明,最佳的吸附条件为100目的活性炭,吸附温度40℃条件下吸附90 min,吸附剂的去除率可以达到93%。本实验考察了活性炭的吸附效果,通过对比吸附处理前后的废水样品中铜离子的浓度,处理后的废水可以达到国家污水排放指标,本研究也为核桃壳制备的活性炭吸附剂应用于废水处理提供理论基础。
In this paper,the content of copper ions in environmental water samples was determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry(AAS).The linear relationship was good in the concentration range of 0.2~2.0 mg/L(r 2=0.999 92).The different added concentrations of copper ions were determined in water samples(0.20,0.8,2.0 mg/L),the method recovery is above 95%.The activated carbon were prepared from the walnut shell that used to remove copper ions from the wastewater.The effects of adsorption time,adsorption temperature,particle size of the adsorbent and copper ion concentration on the adsorption were optimized.For 100-mesh activated carbon,the adsorption rate can reach nearly 93%when adsorbed at 40℃for 90 min.In this experiment,the adsorption effect of activated carbon was investigated.By comparing the concentration of copper ions in the wastewater samples before and after the adsorption treatment,the treated wastewater can reach the national sewage discharge index.This study also provides the activated carbon adsorbent prepared from walnut shells for wastewater treatment.
