摘要
生化需氧量作为水体污染程度重要的有机污染指标,目前已被国内外各种水质评价方法采用。通过工作经验,反复研究,已能有效取得较理想的数值。在优化的分析条件下,不同增菌接种液的测定结果在地表水中的百分偏差为7.7%~14.3%,测定结果在污水中的百分偏差为2.7%~10.0%,这2种增菌接种液均适合环境水样中生化需氧量的测定。
Biochemical oxygen demand as an important organic pollution target for water pollution level is used to evaluate the water quality.Through the work experience and repeated research,the ideal value can be obtained effectively.Under the optimized analytical conditions,the percentage deviation of different vaccination fluid is between 7.7%~14.3%in surface water and between 2.7%~10.0%in domestic sewage.The result show that these two vaccination fluid are suitable for the determination of biochemical oxygen demand in environmental water samples.
