新能源汽车充电桩空间布局优化研究 被引量:9

摘要 便捷高效的充电网络已成为推动电动汽车发展的重要环节。本文以福州市主城区为研究案例,利用层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)在时空两个维度上对其选址需求度进行优化,对新能源汽车充电桩选址造成影响的指标进行定性与定量分析,将社会生活环境、交通服务设施、汽车服务业、市政条件4项指标作为一级指标,再利用GIS对17个二级影响因子结合权重评价信息分值进行综合计算,得到福州市主城区新能源充电桩选址适宜性空间布局。该成果可为相关政府决策部门在基础设施空间规划布局上提供辅助性数据支撑。 Convenient and efficient charging network have become an important link to promote the development of electric vehicles.This paper,taking Fuzhou city as the study case,optimizes the location demand in two dimensions of space-time by using the analytic hierarchy process(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP).The qualitative and quantitative analysis of the indicators influencing on the location of charging piles for new energy vehicles are conducted.The social living environment,traffic service facilities,automobile service industry and municipal conditions are taken as the first-level indicators.Seventeen secondary impact factors with their weights are comprehensively computated by Using GIS,and then the suitable spatial layout of new energy charging pile location in the main urban area of Fuzhou City is obtained.The results can provide supporting information of the layout of infrastructure space planning for the government policy-making departments.
