摘要
以10年生乌苏里鼠李(地径约2.5 cm)移栽苗为研究对象,分析了不同截干高度(10、30、50 cm)对其枝条萌发效果的影响,旨在为乌苏里鼠李幼树的移栽及扦插繁殖穗条的生产提供参考。结果表明:10 cm截干处理萌枝多为根蘖萌条,30 cm、50 cm处理萌枝多由树干隐芽生成,沿不同方向轮生;萌枝多发于保留干的上部(邻近截面)及下部,南、东、北3个方向萌枝较多;10 cm处理萌枝平均长、平均基径及平均叶面积均最大,平均地径增量最小;30 cm、50 cm处理平均单株萌枝数相近,虽然50 cm处理萌枝平均叶面积大于30 cm处理,但其萌枝平均长、平均基径及样株平均地径增量均小于后者。
Taking 10-year-old trees(diameter of 2.5 cm)of Rhamnus ussuriensis as research objects,effects of truncation heights(10 cm,30 cm,50 cm)on shoot germination were studied in order to provide a reference for young trees transplanting and cuttings production for the propagation.Results show that:Stem plant of 10 cm treatment mainly consist of root tillers,but the stem plant of 30 cm and 50 cm treatments mainly germinate from the hidden buds of the trunks,whorled in different directions.Stem plant mainly sprout from the upper and the lower parts of the preserved trunks,mostly in south,east and north directions.The mean stem plant length,mean shoot diameter and mean leaf area of 10 cm treatment all are the highest,but its mean ground diameter increment of the sample trees is the lowest.The mean stem plant numbers of 30 cm and 50 cm treatments are nearly the same.Although the mean leaf area of 50 cm treatment is higher than 30 cm treatment,its mean stem plant length,shoot diameter and ground diameter increment are lower than that of the latter.
