摘要
通过对新疆吉木萨尔县4个大果沙棘果品种(深秋红、无刺丰、新棘1号、新棘2号)中氨基酸含量进行的测定与分析,结果表明,4个品种的大果沙棘果实中均含有17种氨基酸,氨基酸含量比较齐全且种类丰富,各种氨基酸中谷氨酸含量均为最高,氨基酸总量为1.46%~2.19%,4个供试品种中新棘1号优于其他品种,其果实中氨基酸总量、必需氨基酸含量、非必需氨基酸含量、E/N值和E/T值均为最高。
The contents of amino acids in the fruits of Hippophae rhamnoides from four varieties in Jimusaer County,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region were determined.Result shows that:Hippophae rhamnoides‘Shenqiuhong’,Hippophae rhamnoides‘Wucifeng’,Hippophae rhamnoides‘Xinjiyihao’,Hippophae rhamnoides‘Xinjierhao’of Hippophae rhamnoides contains 17 kinds of amino acids and seven kinds of essential amino acids,the amino acid content is relatively complete and rich variety,the glutamic acid content in a variety of amino acids are the highest,it is 1.46%-2.19%of total amino acid,among four tested varieties Hippophae rhamnoides‘Xinjiyihao’is optimal than the other varieties;among fruits of Hippophae rhamnoides‘Xinjiyihao’,total content of amino acids,essential amino acids,non-essential amino acid content,E/N value&E/T value are all the highest.
