公共服务满意度对生育意愿的影响

The Influence of Public Service Satisfaction on Fertility Intention

近年来,由于我国生育意愿持续下降,众多学者针对生育意愿的影响因素做了大量研究。在此基础上,通过对2015年CGSS数据的分析研究表明,育龄群体对政府提供的公共服务的满意程度与其生育意愿呈正相关关系。对政府所提供的公共服务水平和对公共服务资源满意程度高的育龄群体,生育意愿更强。为了提高生育意愿,需要政府改善公共服务,加大投入,普遍提高全体人民特别是低收入人群的社会保障水平;调整公共支出的范围,保障在影响生育后代的公共教育、公共卫生、公共住房、社会保障等方面的投入,为育龄群体生育后代提供充足的社会公共服务资源;加大农村公共服务建设的力度,提高农村地区的教育、医疗卫生公共服务水平。

In recent years,due to the continuous decline of fertility intention in China,scholars have done a lot of research on the influencing factors of fertility intention.On this basis,according to the analysis of CGSS in 2015,it shows that the satisfaction degree of the childbearing age group to the public services is positively correlated with their fertility intention.People of childbearing age who are satisfied with the public services are more willing to bear children.In order to improve the fertility desire,the government needs to improve public services,increase investment,and generally improve the social security level of all people,especially low-income groups;adjust the scope of public expenditures to ensure adequate investment in public education,public health,public housing and social security that affect bearing and raising children;strengthen the construction of public services and improve the public services of education and health care in rural areas.
