摘要
适应性是指小学一线教师对《小学教师专业标准(试行)》的适应的程度和素养的差距程度。针对《标准》中的60条基本要求,自编问卷,采用整群随机抽样的方法抽取昆明、昭通、曲靖、大理、玉溪的小学教师作为被试,共计发放问卷2000份,实际有效1675份。调查结果表明:1.总体水平上回族小学教师《标准》适应较强,在是否担任领导职务、学校所在区域、学历因素上差异显著。2.回族教师对“职业理解与认识”、“对小学生的态度与行为”、“教育教学的态度和行为”、“个人修为与行为”都比汉族教师更高。3.在“教育教学知识”、“通识性知识”方面,回族教师比汉族教师得分更低,距离标准差距更大。4.在专业能力方法,回族教师追求分数的功利心比汉族教师要弱,更加重视学生的道德的培养,更愿意和学生沟通。汉族教师比回族教师更加重视分数,更加重视教学本身的设计和教学的有效性。所以,回族地区应该大力提高回族教师的专业培训,提高其专业素养,尤其是农村回族教师的专业知识与专业能力亟需提高。
adaptability refers to the level of the primary school teachers'adaptation to the professional standards(for Trial Implementation)of primary school teachers and the degree of the gap between the quality and the level of literacy.For 60 basic requirements"standard"and self-made questionnaire by cluster random sampling method to select Kunming,Zhaotong,Qujing,Dali,Yuxi Teachers as subjects,a total of questionnaires for 2000,the actual effective 1675.The survey results show that:1.the overall level of the Hui Primary School Teachers“standard”to adapt to the strong,in the leadership position,the school district,the difference is significant.2.The Hui Nationality Teachers“professional understanding and cognition”,“primary and secondary school students attitude and behavior”,“teaching attitude and behavior,individual repair and behavior”are than teachers of Han nationality.3.in the aspect of“teaching knowledge”and“general knowledge”,the Hui teachers scored lower than that of the Han Chinese teachers,and the distance between the teachers and the students was more than the standard.4.in the professional ability method,the Hui teachers in the pursuit of scores of utilitarian heart than the Han teachers to weak,pay more attention to the cultivation of students'moral,more willing to communicate with students.The Han teachers pay more attention to the score,and pay more attention to the design of the teaching itself and the effectiveness of teaching.Therefore,the Hui region should vigorously improve the professional training of the Hui teachers,improve their professional quality,especially the rural Hui teachers professional knowledge and professional ability to be improved.
