摘要
针对高职专科学前教育专业学生的培养问题,从分析我国农村幼教需求现状、生源状况、改进教学方法、搭建家校合作平台等方面,采取一系列方式方法建构学生同伴关系。有针对性地培养学生非智力因素,培养学生学习积极性、优化学生学习动机,最终实现培养合格幼儿教师的目标。
Aiming at the training of the students majoring in preschool education in vocational colleges,considering the aspects such as the demand of the rural preschool education,the present situation of the student sources,the improvement of teaching methods,and the platform for home-school cooperation,.a series of ways and means are adopted to construct the peer relationship of students with the purpose of boosting the students’non-intelligence factors,inspiring their learning enthusiasm,optimizing their learning motivation,and ultimately achieving the goal of training qualified preschool teachers.
