“一带一路”倡议与中国城市群战略协同发展——通道经济视角的分析

“One Belt,One Road” Initiative and the Strategic and Coordinated Development of China’s Urban Agglomeration

随着国内外发展环境和发展条件的不断变化,中国适时调整国内外发展战略,分别提出“一带一路”倡议和城市群战略,这两大战略绝非孤立推进,需要协同发展、互动支撑。基于通道经济视角,通过宏观分析和定性研究,提出以空间战略协同、贯通两大战略,对于两大战略协同发展的基础框架和内容进行初步设计。最后,借助理论层面的演化、战略协同的效应以及通道经济发展差异的分析,提出进一步思考。

With the continuous changes in development environment and conditions,China timely adjusts its domestic and international development strategies,and proposes“One Belt,One Road”initiative and urban agglomeration strategy.These two strategies are not isolated and need to develop synergistically and support each other interactively.Based on perspective of channel economy,this paper proposes a spatial synergy and breakthrough strategy,through macro analysis and qualitative research,to carry out preliminary collaborative design of the basic framework and content of the coordinated development of the two strategies.Finally,with the study of theoretical evolution,effect of strategic synergy and differences in the development of the channel economy,further thinking is proposed.
