哈尔滨医药产业发展存在的问题及对策研究

Study on the Problems and Countermeasures in the Development of Harbin Pharmaceutical Industry

医药产业是我国国民经济的重要组成部分,随着我国人口老龄化进程的加快、二胎政策的全面放开、医改政策改革的不断深入,医药产业正处于中高速平稳增长的新常态。医药产业具有关联性和成长性强、科技含量高、经济效益好等特点,是工业转型升级的重点,是培育和发展战略性新兴产业的重要内容。以哈尔滨市为例,分析哈尔滨市医药产业发展的现状,探究医药产业存在的主要问题,进而从增强企业创新能力、做大做强龙头企业、提升园区的综合配套功能、推进医药产业的域外合作、加快医药产业平台建设等多个方面提出对策,以促进哈尔滨市医药产业的发展,进而发挥主导产业的带动作用。

The pharmaceutical industry is an important part of Chinese national economy,with the acceleration of Chinese population aging process,the comprehensive liberalization of the second child policy,and the deepening of the reform of medical policy,the pharmaceutical industry is in the new normality of medium-high speed and steady growth.The pharmaceutical industry is characterized by strong relevance and growth,high scientific and technological content and good economic benefits,it is the focus of industrial transformation and upgrading and an important part of cultivating and developing strategic emerging industries.Taking Harbin as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of the pharmaceutical industry in Harbin and finds the main problems in the pharmaceutical industry,and then from the aspects of the enhancement of the enterprise innovation ability,building bigger and stronger leading enterprises,promoting the comprehensive function of the industrial park and the pharmaceutical industry cooperation with other industries,to speed up the pharmaceutical industrial platform construction it puts forward countermeasures,so as to promote the development of pharmaceutical industry in Harbin,and then play the leading role of the leading industry.
