PBL教学法用于儿科护理带教中的效果探讨 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨PBL教学法用于儿科护理带教中的效果。方法在2017年6月—2018年5月期间,选取来本院儿科进行护理实习的学生作为本次研究对象,共88名学生,随机分成两个小组,对照组44名,采用传统方法进行实习带教,观察组44名,采用PBL教学法进行护理带教,对比两组带教效果。结果观察组各项目评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组理论知识合格率以及临床实践合格率分别为97.73%和95.45%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习生护理服务满意度评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在儿科护理带教中采用PBL教学法可以明显提高带教质量,帮助学生掌握更多的护理技能,为今后正式参与临床护理工作奠定坚实基础。 Objective To explore the effect of PBL teaching method in pediatric nursing teaching.Methods From June 2017 to May 2018,a total of 88 students were enrolled in the pediatrics of the hospital for nursing internship were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 44 students in the control group,they were used traditional methods.44 students in the observation group were used the PBL teaching method for nursing teaching,compare the teaching effects of the two groups.Results The scores of each item in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pass rate of theoretical knowledge and the pass rate of clinical practice were 97.73%and 95.45%respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of the nursing service providers in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of PBL teaching method in pediatric nursing teaching can significantly improve the quality of teaching,help students master more nursing skills,and lay a solid foundation for formal participation in clinical nursing work in the future.
