超声与MRI筛查高危胎儿中枢神经系统异常效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究超声与MRI在疑似高危胎儿中枢神经系统异常筛查中应用。方法将本院2015年2月—2018年2月收治的疑似高危胎儿中枢神经系统异常孕妇200例作为研究对象,采用抽签分组方式对研究对象200例进行分组,分为两组,观察组使用MRI诊断,对照组使用超声诊断,对比两种诊断方式的检出率、特异度和灵敏度。结果观察组疑似高危胎儿中枢神经系统异常孕妇的检出率60.00%高于对照组孕妇,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组疑似高危胎儿中枢神经系统异常孕妇的特异度80.00%和灵敏度85.00%高于对照组孕妇,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对疑似高危胎儿中枢神经系统异常孕妇实施MRI检查后,能显著提高检出率,具有较高的特异度和灵敏度。 Objective To study the application of ultrasound and MRI in screening suspected high-risk fetal central nervous system abnormalities.Methods 200 pregnant women with suspected high-risk fetal central nervous system abnormalities admitted to the hospital from February 2015 to February 2018 were selected as subjects and divided into two groups by drawing lots.The observation group was diagnosed by MRI and the control group was diagnosed by ultrasound.The detection rate,specificity and sensitivity of the two diagnostic methods were compared.Results The detection rate of pregnant women suspected of high-risk fetal central nervous system abnormalities in the observation group was 60.00%higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the specificity and sensitivity of pregnant women suspected of high-risk fetal central nervous system abnormalities in the observation group were 80.00%and 85.00%higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection rate of pregnant women with suspected high-risk fetal central nervous system abnormalities can be significantly improved by MRI examination,which has high specificity and sensitivity.
