营养护理在胃癌术后功能性胃排空障碍中的应用

Application of Nutrition Nursing in Functional Gastric Emptying Disorder after Gastric Cancer Operation

目的分析对胃癌术后功能性胃排空障碍患者进行营养护理的临床价值。方法选取2017年1月—2018年7月在我院进行胃癌切除术后发生功能性胃排空障碍的41例患者作为研究对象。按照护理方式的不同,将其分为对照组与实验组。给予21例实验组患者肠外营养护理,给予20例对照组患者肠内营养护理,比较两组患者的护理满意度以及胃管拔除时间、胃液引流量小于100 mL的时间、FDEG确认恢复时间。结果实验组患者的护理满意度高于对照组患者;实验组的胃管拔除时间、胃液引流量小于100 mL的时间以及FDEG确认恢复时间更短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肠内营养护理应用于胃癌术后功能性胃排空障碍患者的效果更优,应用价值高。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of nutritional nursing for patients with functional gastric emptying disorder after gastric cancer operation.Methods 41 patients with functional gastric emptying disorder after gastrectomy in our hospital from January 2017 to July 2018 were selected as the study subjects.According to the different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and experimental group.Nursing care of 21 patients with parenteral nutrition was given.Enteral nutrition nursing was given to 20 patients in the control group.The nursing satisfaction,the time of gastric tube removal,the time of gastric juice drainage less than 100 mL and the time of FDEG confirmation and recovery were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.The time of gastric tube removal,the time of gastric juice drainage less than 100 mL and the time of FDEG confirmation and recovery in the experimental group were shorter,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Enteral nutrition nursing has better effect and higher application value in patients with functional gastric emptying disorder after gastric cancer operation.
