电涡流缓速器散热结构对照分析

摘要 本文以电涡流缓速器制动功率、电涡流相关分布以及温度场基本理论为依据,从气流散热的角度对某型电涡流缓速器进行结构变更设计,建立了电涡流缓速器散热结构系统的有限元模型。其间对现有缓速器及其对照型数字样机进行热力学数值分析,得到了缓速器温度场的分布情况,以期优化缓速器散热系统结构。 Based on the basic theory of braking power,eddy current correlation distribution and temperature field of eddy current retarder,this paper designed a structure change of eddy current retarder from the point of view of airflow heat dissipation,and established a finite element model of the radiation structure system of eddy current retarder.In the meantime,the thermodynamic numerical analysis of the existing retarder and its comparative digital prototype was carried out,and the distribution of the temperature field of the retarder was obtained,in order to optimize the structure of the retarder heat dissipation system.
