摘要 本文基于厚层坚硬顶板的典型地质特征和理论分析结果,确定了垂向爆破弱化高度和循环爆破步距。通过顶板爆破弱化方案设计,将切眼拉槽爆破与两巷超前深孔爆破弱化技术有机结合,设计了炮孔布置方式、钻孔参数、钻具、装药量及工器具等,形成了厚层坚硬顶板爆破弱化控制成套技术,并通过现场观测,证实了该技术的合理性。希望本文的研究能对类似地质条件下工作面坚硬顶板管理提供借鉴。 Based on the typical geological features and theoretical analysis results of thick hard roof,this paper deter?mined the weakening height of vertical blasting and the cyclic blasting step By weakening roof blasting scheme de?sign,pull cut blasting with two lane ahead of deep hole blasting weakening an organic combination of technology,this paper introduced the roof height,hole arrangement,drilling,drilling tool,design parameters control and instrument.A complete set of technical measures to reduce the control of hard roof blasting in thick layer was formed,and the ra?tionality of the technical measures was confirmed by field observation.It is hoped that this study can provide refer?ence for hard roof management of working face under similar geological conditions.
