摘要
浆液循环泵其投运数量和配置方式关系着系统脱硫效率和经济性。通过研究脱硫系统浆液循环泵相关历史数据变化规律,采用聚类分析法分析浆液循环泵的运行组合方式与机组负荷、入口二氧化硫浓度之间的关系,将运行规则以图表的形式呈现出来,在保证环保指标达标,提升脱硫系统运行的经济性。
The amount and configuration of the slurry circulation pump are related to the system desulfurization effi?ciency and economy.By studying the variation law of historical data of slurry circulation pump in desulfurization sys?tem,this paper used cluster analysis method to analyze the relationship between the operation combination mode of slurry circulation pump and the unit load and inlet sulfur dioxide concentration,and presented the operation rules in the form of graphs,in order to ensure that environmental indicators meet the standards and improve the economics of the operation of the desulfurization system.
