采区集中上山“煤巷化”设计理念的探索与实践

摘要 根据1311采区地质条件以及单轨吊运输系统特点,刘庄煤矿从安全、技术和经济综合角度分别对设计方案进行比较,采用“全煤”布置方式,优化采区上山与工作面巷道连接方式,取消采区中部车场,确保采区生产集中、系统简单、环节通畅、安全可靠,减少岩巷工程量,缩短采区投产工期,实现安全生产和资源合理开采,促进矿井安全高效可持续发展。 According to the geological conditions of the 1311 mining area and the characteristics of monorail crane transportation system,the design schemes of Liuzhuang Coal Mine are compared from the perspectives of safety,technology and economy respectively.The innovative layout of“full coal”is adopted to optimize the connection mode between the mining area rise and the working face roadway.The central parking lot of the mining area is cancelled to ensure that the production is centralized,the system is simple,the links are smooth,safe and reliable,reduce the amount of rock roadway engineering,shorten the production period of the mining area,realize safe production and rational exploitation of resources,and promote the safe,efficient and sustainable development of the mine.
