摘要
预防性注浆(氮)技术是煤矿井下采空区防灭火常用的技术手段,针对埋管注浆(氮)技术存在的材料浪费大、拆除危险程度高等问题,对其进行改进。通过方案比较分析和现场实践应用,采用拖管注浆(氮)技术能够实现管路回收再利用,节约了材料费用,降低了拆管安全风险,达到了生产安全和降低成本的目的。
Preventive grouting(nitrogen)technology is a commonly used technical means for fir e prevention in gob.In view of the problems existing in buried pipe grouting(nitrogen)technology,such as large waste of materials and high risk removal,the improvement is made.Through comparative analysis of schemes and field application,the technology of towing pipe grouting(nitrogen)can realize pipeline recycling and reuse,save material costs,reduce the risk of pipe disassembly safety,and achieve the goal of production safety and cost reduction.
