摘要
针对陈蛮庄矿埋藏深、大倾角、“三软”煤层工作面实际情况,对综采工作面“三机”配套进行了研究和实践。通过优化改进综采支架、刮板运输机、采煤机相互间配套结构、尺寸、参数,提供了优化解决方案,提高了设备对现场条件的适应性,大大提高了生产效率,实现了工作面的高产高效。
According to deep burial,large dip and“three soft”coal seam face in Chenmanzhuang Coal Mine,the“three machines”supporting system in fully mechanized mining face is studied and practiced.By optimizing and improving the supporting structure,size and parameters of fully mechanized mining support,scraper conveyor and shearer,the optimized solution is provided,which improves the adaptability of the equipment to the field conditions,greatly improves the production efficiency,and realizes the high yield and high efficiency of the working face.
