高职院校青年教师科研能力培养与发展对策探究

A Probe into the Cultivation and Development of Scientific Research Ability of Young Teachers in High Vocational Colleges

本文结合高职院校青年教师科研能力培养与发展的现状,深入分析了影响和制约高职院校青年教师科研能力提升的主要因素,在此基础上提出了高职院校青年教师科研能力培养与发展的四个对策:提升科研综合素质,合理定位科研方向;优化科研管理服务机制和激励机制;营造浓厚学术氛围,强化科研团队建设;指导高职青年教师制定科研发展规划。

Combining with the present situation of the development and cultivation of young teachers in high vocational colleges,the main factors that affects and restricts the cultivation and development of the scientific research ability of young teachers in high vocational colleges are analyzed in this paper,on the base of which the four countermeasures against this have been put forward.The countermeasures are as follows:improving the comprehensive ability of scientific research,reasonably locating their direction of scientific research,optimizing the management and service system,creating a very strong academic atmosphere,strengthening the building of the scientific research team,and guide the young teachers to make a plan for their scientific research.
