摘要
尿素热解制氨工艺是一种较为安全的脱硝还原剂制备方案,该技术以电加热为热源进行尿素热解制氨,在使用过程中由于电加热功率较大,很多项目都在考虑停用电加热器,改用其他方式提供尿素热解过程所需的热源,文章就目前几种主流技术进行对比分析。
Urea pyrolysis ammonia production process is a relatively safe denitrification reductant preparation scheme,this technology uses electric heating as the heat source for urea pyrolysis ammonia production,in the process of use,many projects are considering the shutdown heater,switching to other ways to provide the heat source needed in the urea pyrolysis process,this paper makes a comparative analysis of several mainstream technologies at present.
