农村贫困社区发展的SWOT分析及对策——以安徽省安庆市F村为例

The Development of Rural Poor Communities of SWOT Analysis and Countermeasures——Taking F Village in Anqing City in Anhui as an Example

为了推动我国农村贫困社区的综合发展,在分析农村贫困社区发展现状的基础上,运用SWOT模型对农村贫困社区发展中存在的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁进行深入剖析。以农村贫困社区安庆市F村为例,对安庆市F村社区发展的现实条件进行分析,并提出相应的对策,包括依托资源优势,打造特色品牌;依托扶贫政策,推动社区发展;立足大别山,发展大旅游;挖掘村民精英,引进外来人才;打造社区公共性空间,实施社区“四创”五个方面。

China’s mountainous area is very vast,About 67%of China’s land area is mountainous,hilly and plateau,and more than 50%of the population lives in mountainous areas,which have a low level of economic development due to natural conditions.Most of them belong to rural poor areas.Promoting the development of rural poor areas is an important and indispensable link in building a harmonious society.Taking S village,a poor rural community,as an example,the SWOT model is used to analyze the realistic conditions for the development of S village community,and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward,including five aspects:building a featured brand by relying on resource advantages;Rely on poverty alleviation policy to promote community development;Based on the dabie mountains,the development of tourism;Excavating village leaders and introducing foreign talents;Build community public space,implement community“four create”,so as to promote the comprehensive development of the whole community.
