新时代,文化自信是一个国家、民族、政党对自身文化最根本的自信。提升文化自信蕴含着人类社会发展规律的必然要求、人民对美好生活向往的迫切需求,也是中国走近世界舞台中心的现实要求。文化自信面临着文化主体缺乏科学认知观念、文化发展滞后、中西文化交流“逆差”严重、西方文化霸权主义打压等现实困境。因此,提升文化自信需要通过:“凝识”来构筑中华文化自信力;“固基”来夯实文化自信根基;“守土”来捍卫中华文化安全领土;“亮剑”来提升中华文化影响力。

In the new era,Cultural confidence is the most fundamental one of a country,nation and political party in its own culture.the enhancement of Cultural confidence contains the inevitable law for the development of man's society,the urgent need of the people's longing for a better life and the China's realistic requirements of going global.Cultural confidence is confronts many realistic difficulties,such as the cultural subject's poor scientific cognition,cultural development lags behind,the serious deficit between China and the West in cultural exchanges and the suppression of Western cultural hegemony,etc.Facing with the challenges coming from those antagonists,cultural confidence need to be enhanced through the following strategies:through“cohering consciousness”to construct Chinese cultural confidence,through“reinforcing foundation”to tamp the origin of Chinese culture,through“keeping the limits”to defend the safe line of Chinese culture,through“vigorous advocacy”to enhance the influence of Chinese culture.
