摘要
高校实施目标管理考核工作,是高校理顺内部职能及管理工作,也是高校为实现有效发展而进行的有益探索。地方本科院校在实际工作中面临许多考核,除了办学的相关考核,如办学水平评估考核外,还有日常的管理绩效考核。地方高校要通过考核中指标的落实、考核办法的实施等举措来理顺职责、推动日常工作的顺利开展,实现高校目标管理考核的价值。
The implementation of assessments on management by objectives is a worthy exploration for the colleges to straighten out their internal functions and management and to achieve effective development goals.Local undergraduate colleges are faced with many assessments in practical work.In addition to the relevant assessments such as school-running level assessment,there are also assessments on daily management performance,which can be divided into various assessments according to their types.Local colleges and universities should straighten out their responsibilities,promote the smooth development of daily work,and achieve the objectives through the implementation of the indicators in the assessments.
