摘要
有关思辨能力培养和英语专业教学的关系成为我国外语教学界密切关注的研究焦点。基于对思辨能力相关研究的回顾和梳理,提出从教学管理角度出发,探讨英语专业学生思辨能力的培养。增加思辨能力和研究方法类课程,开设西方文论、文学评论、文学研究等课程,实行多样化测试机制、重视主观测试,明确衡量思辨能力的标准,引入形成性评估机制,降低终结性评估比重,加强价值观培养和批判性阅读,将理论转化为可操作的、有效的教学策略,可以切实提高大学生批判性思维能力,有利于促进我国外语教育事业的发展。
The relationship between the cultivation of critical thinking and the teaching of English majors has become the focus of attention in the field of foreign language teaching in China.Based on the review and combing of the relevant research on speculative competence,it is proposed to explore the cultivation of English majors’critical thinking from the perspective of teaching management.Possible measures include increasing the ability of speculation and research methods,setting up western literary theory,literary criticism and literary research courses,implementing diversified testing mechanisms,paying attention to subjective testing,defining the criteria for measuring the ability of speculation,introducing formative evaluation mechanism,reducing the proportion of summative evaluation,strengthening the cultivation of values and critical reading,and transforming theory into operational and effective teaching strategies.These measures can improve students’critical thinking and promote the development of foreign language education in China.
