基于灰色—熵权的贵州物流业发展水平评价研究

Evaluation of the Regional Logistics Industry Development Level Based on the Grey Entropy Method

物流业对区域发展起着重要的支持作用。对区域物流发展水平的客观评价,则是科学导政、促进区域经济发展的前提。文章针对当前物流业发展评价方法存在指标权重易受人为因素干扰的缺陷,构建了一种灰色-熵权物流业发展水平评价模型,根据区域经济发展水平构建相应影响因子的灰度集和权函数以描述其隶属程度;并引入信息熵评价指标权重有序度及其效用,使得评价结果更为客观。最后通过实证分析验证模型的有效性并对贵州省物流业提出相关建议。

The logistics industry is one of the core components of the modern service industry.the development of the regional development plays an important support role.Therefore.it is necessary to do scientific and reasonable evaluation of regional logistics development level.As a basis for the development of regional logistics development planning,in order to promote the development of regional economy better.In view of the current development of the logistics industry to evaluate methodological flaws,this paper constructs a grey theory and entropy in logistics industry development level evaluation model,the model based on the influence factor on the outcome of different effects,which the influence factors are divided into different types of ash,then establish the gray type of weight function,the weight function was used to describe the degree of membership of the impact factor.But,the information entropy of information available to the degree of order and their effectiveness,thus avoiding evaluation index weight of man-made interference,makes the evaluation results more realistic.With the logistics industry in Guizhou Province as an example analysis,the results verify the validity of the model,for the relevant government departments to provide decision support.
