烟气CEMS系统准确度判定在生产中的运用

摘要 文章介绍了八钢炼铁系统CEMS设备运行管理过程中,按照HJ 75-2017,HJ 76-2017标准并结合现场实际,通过CEMS数据准确度的基本判定依据,对气态污染物污染因子SO2、NOx采用参比方法形成手工监测原始数据并与同时段CEMS设备监测数据形成数据组,建立准确度判定计算表,形成CEMS系统数据准确度判定基本方法。 In the process of operation and management of CEMS equipment in ironmaking system of Bayi Steel,according to HJ 75~2017,HJ 76~2017 standards and combined with field practice,through the basic judgment basis of accuracy of CEMS data,the original data of manual monitoring for SO2 and NOx pollution factors of gaseous pollutants are formed by reference method and the number of CEMS equipment monitoring in the same period is also introduced.According to the formation of data group,the accuracy determination calculation table is established,and the basic method of data accuracy determination in CEMS system is formed.
