摘要
目的:建立不同批次五子衍宗丸的HPLC指纹图谱,采用一测多评法(QAMS)测定其中金丝桃苷、五味子醇甲、紫云英苷、毛蕊花糖苷、山柰酚、异槲皮苷6种化学成分的含量。方法:采用HPLC法,以山柰酚为参照,建立15批五子衍宗丸样品的指纹图谱共有模式及其余5个成分的相对校正因子,并测定其含量,比较外标法与QAMS法的差异性。结果:建立的HPLC指纹图谱共标定18个共有峰;QAMS法与外标法测量值之间无显著性差异。结论:该指纹图谱结合QAMS法可为评价五子衍宗丸的质量提供参考。
Objective:To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Wuzi Yanzong pills in different batches,and to determine the contents of hyperoside,schisandrin,astragalin,acteoside,kaempferol,isoquercitrin by QAMS.Methods:HPLC method was used to establish the fingerprint common pattern of 15 batches of Wuzi Yanzong pills samples and the relative correction factors of the remaining five components with kaempferol as the reference.The contents were determined and the differences between the external standard method and QAMS method were compared.Results:HPLC fingerprint was established to calibrate a total of 18 common peaks.There was no significant difference between the measured values of QAMS method and external standard method.Conclusion:The fingerprint combined with QAMS method can provide a reference for evaluating the quality of Wuzi Yanzong pills.
