基于分布式模型预测控制的风电场参与AGC控制方法 被引量:32

摘要 随着风电并网规模的不断扩大,常规电源调频已很难满足系统频率稳定性要求,需要风电集群参与系统调频。首先根据风电集群并网特点,建立含风电集群的多区域互联系统自动发电控制(automatic generation control,AGC)模型;然后根据风电场的超短期功率预测值判断风电场在调频过程中的备用容量,基于分布式模型预测控制原理,以尽量利用风电参与AGC控制、减少火电机组出力为目标,提出一种含风电集群的多区域互联系统AGC控制方法。即利用风电场的备用容量实现风电场参与AGC控制,减少常规电源调频压力。最后通过算例分析,对所提出策略的可行性与有效性进行了验证。 With continuous increase of large-scale wind power integration,conventional power supply frequency control is hard to meet power system frequency stability requirements and requires large-scale wind power cluster to participate in system frequency regulation.Firstly,based on the characteristics of large-scale wind power cluster integration,a multi-area interconnected system automatic generation control(AGC)model with large-scale wind power is established.Then,the reserve capacity of wind farm during frequency control is obtained according to ultra-short-term wind power prediction information.In order to use wind power in frequency regulation and reduce the output of thermal power generation units as much as possible,an AGC strategy with wind farm cluster based on distributed model predictive control is proposed,enabling wind farms to use reverse capacity,participate in AGC system and reduce frequency control stress of conventional generations.Simulation analysis verifies feasibility and validity of the proposed strategy.
