Development status and research progress of neurology specialist nurses in China and abroad

本文介绍了国内外神经系统专科护士的发展现状及研究进展,简述了国外神经系统专科护士的发展、设置、资格认证、核心能力、具体工作内容、评价及考核方法,同时介绍了国内神经系统专科护士在资格认证、培训及考核方面的具体实践。通过对比发现,我国在神经系统专科护士相关实践方面存在缺乏规范化认证标准、专科护士再注册标准及使用标准等弊端。因此,相关部门应尽快加强建立我国的专科护士培训及使用标准系统。

This study introduces the current development status and research progress of the neurology specialist nurses in China and abroad,briefly describes neurology specialist nurses'development,position setting,qualification,core competence,specific duties,evaluation and assessment method,and at the same time introduced the specific practice of the domestic neurology specialist nurses'certification,training and assessment,etc.By comparison we noticed that problems such as lack of standardized certification criteria,lack of specialized nurse certificate renewal criteria and the application criteria exist in the practice of neurology specialist nurses in China.Therefore,the relevant organizations should establish and strengthen the training and application criteria system for the specialized nurse in our country as soon as possible.
