2019年7月中国甲乙丙类传染病疫情动态概要

Summary of National Data of Class A, B and C Communicable Diseases in China, July 2019

2019年7月(2019年7月1日0时至7月31日24时),全国(不含香港、澳门特别行政区和台湾地区,下同)共报告法定传染病943 403例,死亡2 260例。其中,甲类传染病中鼠疫无发病、死亡报告,霍乱发病2例,无死亡报告。乙类传染病中传染性非典型肺炎、脊髓灰质炎、人感染高致病性禽流感、白喉和人感染H7N9禽流感无发病、死亡报告,其余21种乙类传染病共报告发病340 369例,死亡2 253例。报告发病数居前5位的病种依次为病毒性肝炎、肺结核、梅毒、痢疾和淋病,占乙类传染病报告病例总数的92%。同期,丙类传染病中丝虫病无发病、死亡报告,其余10种丙类传染病共报告发病603 032例,死亡7例。报告发病数居前3位的病种依次为手足口病、其他感染性腹泻病和流行性感冒,占丙类传染病报告病例总数的94%。

In July 2019(from 00:00,1 July to 24:00,31 July),a total of 943 403 cases of notifiable communicable diseases,including 2 260 deaths,were reported in China(except Hong Kong,Macao Special Administrative Regions and Taiwan,the same below).In communicable diseases in class A,no case and no death of plague were reported,and 2 cases of cholera was reported without death.No cases and no deaths of severe acute respiratory syndrome,poliomyelitis,human infection with highly pathogenic avian influenza virus,diphtheria and human infection with avian influenza A(H7N9)virus in class B were reported.For the remaining 21 communicable diseases in class B,340 369 cases were reported,including 2 253 deaths.The first 5 diseases in terms of reported case number were viral hepatitis,pulmonary tuberculosis,syphilis,dysentery and gonorrhea,accounting for 92%of the total reported cases in class B.
