摘要
间充质干细胞目前在多种动物疾病模型及临床研究中得到越来越多的关注,其分化特性、低免疫原性以及免疫调节功能使其在多种炎症及免疫相关疾病中具有重要的应用。间充质干细胞发挥作用的机制涉及到分化、直接接触、旁分泌等多种方式,不同的干细胞来源以及不同的疾病微环境可能有不同的机制参与其中。本文拟对间充质干细胞在炎症及免疫相关疾病中的作用机制进行综述。
Mesenchymal stem cells are gaining more and more attention in various animal disease models and clinical studies.The differentiation capacity,low immunogenicity and immunomodulatory function make them have important applications in various inflammation and immune-related diseases.The mechanism by which mesenchymal stem cells play a role involves differentiation,direct contact,paracrine and other ways.Different stem cell sources and different disease microenvironments may have different mechanisms involved.This article reviews the mechanism of mesenchymal stem cells in inflammation and immune-related diseases.
