Role of interaction between alveolar epithelial type Ⅱ cells and macrophages in acute respiratory distress syndrome

急性呼吸窘迫综合征的病死率较高,特异性的治疗方法还未出现。在病理进程中,肺泡Ⅱ型上皮细胞和巨噬细胞之间的相互作用对病情产生了一定的影响,因此开发基于细胞-细胞通讯的细胞免疫治疗技术迫在眉睫。本文对肺泡Ⅱ型上皮细胞和巨噬细胞之间的交互在急性呼吸窘迫综合征中不同病理进程所扮演的作用进行综述。

Acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)has a high mortality rate and specific treatments have not yet been developed.The interaction between alveolar epithelial typeⅡcells and macrophages has a certain impact in the pathological course of ARDS.Therefore,it is urgent to develop cellular immunotherapy technology based on cell-cell communication.This article reviews the role of interaction between alveolar epithelial typeⅡcells and macrophages in different pathological processes of ARDS.
