长链非编码RNA与组蛋白乙酰化关系的研究进展

长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNAs,lncRNAs)是一类长度大于200个核苷酸且不具有编码蛋白质功能的RNA分子,参与基因转录调控,包括染色质修饰和直接的转录调控表达,同时也调控转录后事件。组蛋白乙酰化是表观遗传修饰形式,lncRNAs参与组蛋白乙酰化的调节过程,促进或抑制多种肿瘤的进展。本文就lncRNAs与组蛋白乙酰化关系的研究进展作一综述。

Long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)are a class of transcripts with no protein-coding capacity in a length of more than 200nt,and it is involved in gene transcriptional regulation including chromatin modification and direct transcriptional regulatory expression.lncRNAs and histone acetylation are different manifestations of epigenetics,and can interact through various ways to promote or inhibit the development of many diseases.This paper reviews the correlation of lncRNAs with histone acetylation.
