摘要
我国老年人力资源开发潜力较大,但各省区市老年人力资源水平参差不齐。我国老年人力资源特征主要包括:老年人口数量不断增长,人口平均预期寿命不断延长,健康老年人口占比增长,低龄老年人口的人力资源开发空间较大,以及老年人口学历分布不断优化。通过聚类分析,以老年人口占比、老年抚养比、健康老年人口占比和低龄老年人口占比为指标,对各省区市老年人力资源水平进行差异分析并归类。
There is a great potential for the development of elderly human resources,but the levels in different provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities are uneven.The characteristics of China’s elderly human resources are mainly as follows.Firstly,the size of elderly population is expanding.Secondly,the average life expectancy of the population is prolonging and the ratio of healthy older people is also increasing.Thirdly,there is great space for development of the young elderly.Forthly,the education level of older adults are optimizing.Through cluster analysis,this paper took the ratio of the elderly in the entire population,elderly dependency ratio,the ratio of the healthy elderly and young elderly as indicators and analyzed and differences of elderly human resources levels in various regions and conducted classification based on the analysis.
