摘要
“双师型”教师建设是提高高职院校人才培养质量的重要保证.校企合作视阈下进行“双师型”教师队伍建设有利于教师实践能力的培养,有利于专兼职教师教学能力的提升和校企合作的深入开展.高职院校“双师型”教师建设存在教师数量不足,来源单一,素质水平参差不齐,培训环节薄弱的问题,应通过优化教师引进制度,制定教师培训机制,形成兼职教师管理体系,健全师资管理机制等途径完善建设过程.
It is a significant measure to build a dual-certification teaching team in vocational colleges in the context of school-enterprise cooperation.This study centers on a development of competence of the students and a proposal for improvement of management of human resources,teaching quality,methods and mechanisms of a vocational college.
