新时代大学生党员发展的主要标准是政治合格,综合素质高,群众基础好,品学兼优.大学生党员发展工作中存在发展标准侧重点错位,流程执行不严格,教育机制落实不到位的情况.新时代为提升大学生党员发展质量建立了“一心六环”理论模型:“一心”是指以思想政治为核心,“六环”是指围绕核心从道德品行、遵纪守法、服务群众、学业成绩、能力素质、身心健康等六方面进行建设.

The criteria in the new era for development of would-be Party members among college students are excellent political qualifications,comprehensive integrity,mass foundation,moral and academic qualities.This paper discusses a creative theoretical mode of development of would-be Party members among college students.
