髋关节镜下治疗髋关节疾病疗效分析

Analysis of the curative effect of hip arthroscopy for hip joint disease

目的探讨髋关节镜手术治疗髋关节疾病的临床价值。方法回顾性分析潍坊市人民医院关节外科自2016年6月~2018年12月对25例患者进行髋关节镜检查及镜下手术,根据术前和术后的Harris髋评分判断手术效果,评定髋关节镜对髋关节疾病的治疗价值。结果本组随访时间为1~30个月,对手术前后Harris的评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术中及术后无手术并发症发生,平均住院7.2d。结论髋关节镜手术治疗髋关节疾病具有疗效好、创伤小、恢复快等优点,对减轻髋关节疼痛,恢复髋关节活动功能,提高患者生活质量有明显疗效。

Objective To explore the clinical value of hip arthroscopic surgery in the treatment of hip joint diseases.Methods A retrospective analysis was made of 25 patients undergoing hip arthroscopy and arthroscopic surgery in Weifang People’s Hospital from June 2016 to December 2018,according to preoperative and postoperative Harris hip score to determine the effect of surgery,evaluate the value of hip arthroscopy in the treatment of hip joint disease.Results The follow-up period of this group was 1~30 months,Harris scores before and after surgery showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05),no operative complications occurred during and after surgery,with an average hospitalization of 7.2 days.Conclusion Hip arthroscopic surgery is effective in treating hip joint diseases.Small trauma and quick recovery are effective in alleviating hip joint pain,restoring hip joint activity and improving the quality of life of patients.
