免疫代谢因素在不明原因胎儿生长受限中的作用

摘要 目的通过观察胎儿生长受限(FGR)脐血中Ghrelin、抗心磷脂抗体(ACA)、妊娠特异性β1糖蛋白(SP1)表达水平的变化,探讨Ghrelin,ACA,SP1在FGR发病机制中的作用及其临床意义。方法选择FGR 70例,正常新生儿70例,用酶联免疫吸附测定法分别检测正常新生儿和小于孕龄儿(SGA)脐血中Ghrelin,ACA,SP1的含量。结果观察组与对照组相比,Ghrelin水平高于正常对照组,SP1水平低于正常对照组,ACA阳性率高于正常对照组;随着孕周的延长,Ghrelin水平逐渐降低,SP1水平逐渐升高,ACA阳性率逐渐降低。结论 Ghrelin水平的升高、SP1水平的降低以及ACA高表达可能是导致FGR的重要因素。 Objective By studying fetal growth restriction(FGR) cord blood ghrelin,anticardiolipin antibody(ACA) changes,SP1 expression levels to explore Ghrelin,ACA,SP1 in fetal effects limited its clinical significance in the growth.Methods FGR 70 cases,70 cases of normal fetuses,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay were used to detect normal newborn and FGR neonates in Ghrelin,ACA,SP1 content.Results Observation group compared with the control group,Ghrelin levels higher than the control group,SP1 level lower than the control group,ACA was higher than the control group;with prolonged gestation,Ghrelin levels decreased,SP1 level gradually increased,ACA positive rate decreased;observation group,there are complications,compared with no complications group.Conclusion Ghrelin levels rise,SP1 reduces the level of expression and the ACA may be important factors for FGR.
