卓越航空法治人才培养是卓越法律人才培养计划的升级版。卓越航空法治人才如何"精准"培养的问题,是中航大18年法学教育始终竭力探索的重大问题。经多年实践,卓越航空法治人才培养理念与培养标准不断明晰,形成的"本科+研究生"两级立体化培养模式稳步发展。中航大以法学人才培养方案的顶层设计为切入点,着力从师资队伍建设、特色课程教材开发、夯实实践教学、完善质量评价等方面加强航空法学科专业内涵建设,在学生行业就业率、实践教学成果和社会示范效应等方面取得了很大成效。

The cultivation of excellent legal talent for aviation law is the upgraded version of the outstanding legal talent training program.The question of how to "precisely"cultivate the outstanding rule-of-law legal talent in aviation law is a major issue that Civil Aviation University of China has been trying to explore in its 18 years of legal education.After plenty of years' practice,the concept and training standards for excellent legal talent in aviation have been clarified,and the two-level education mode of "undergraduate+postgraduate" has developed steadily.The top-level design of the legal talent cultivation in Civil Aviation University of China is the starting point.It focuses on the construction of the teaching staff,the development of the curriculum materials,the implementation of practical teaching,the improvement of the teaching quality evaluation,etc.,to strengthen the connotation construction of the aviation law major.Great progress has been made in the employment rate,great achievements in practical teaching and the social demonstration effects.
