劳动法方向研究生培养模式改革与创新

The Reform and Innovation of the Cultivation Model of Labor Law Graduates

当下我国社会急需劳动法专业的法律人才,但在全国范围内,大多数高校的劳动法方向的研究生,被放在经济法或民商法专业下培养,这种培养模式导致劳动法方向研究生的培养未能充分体现劳动法的特色,不利于劳动法方向研究生专业素养的养成。近些年,我国劳动法在学科建设和理论研究方面取得了长足进展,劳动法在整个法律体系中的地位变得日益重要。为保障和提高劳动法方向研究生的培养质量,我们可以从确立"独立化"的培养目标、建设"体系化"的课程内容、运用"特色化"的教学手段等方面着手改革与创新。

At present,our society needs labor law talent urgently.However,in the whole country,most labor law graduates are enrolled and educated under such disciplines as economic law or civil and commercial law.This cultivation model leads to the loss of the characteristics of labor law as a discipline and it hinders the cultivation of professionalism for the labor law graduates.In recent years,China’s labor law has made great progress in discipline construction and theoretical research,and the status of labor law in the entire legal system has become increasingly important.In order to guarantee and improve the quality of graduate students in the labor law,we need reforms and innovations for this phenomenon.The authors of this paper suggest that it can start from the establishment of the goal of construction labor law as an"independent"discipline,the construction of"systematic"curriculum,and the application of"characteristic" teaching methods.
